  • Rh factor testing to determine whether you may need a RhoGAM® injection to protect future pregnancies

  • IUD information if you have an IUD in place, it must be removed before abortion pills can be used

  • STD testing information untreated sexually transmitted infections can increase the risk of complications

  • What to expect Clear education on the process, possible side effects, recovery, and warning signs to watch for

  • If plans change or pills fail information about next steps if the abortion pill does not work, or if you take the first pill and then decide not to continue
